Have you checked your chain ? Lubed & correct tension . It is out of sight in the chain guard & often gets forgotten about. Or change your oil & look for debris . Motor transmision & clutch all share the same .7 qt. of oil. Baby Huey`s 2 cents

Subject: [Honda-C70] Transmission makes chattering sounds
My '80 Passport C70 transmission makes chattering sounds when the bike is decelerating. It never chatters while accelerating or idling. Any idea what could be causing this sound?
