Have you checked the timing and timing advance unit?
Chain guard and frame?????? That is one of two things, an exhaust leak or wiring problem!!!!

I checked the chain it's at a good tension not tight at all has plenty of play in it I just changed the oil the oil level is right. I've checked every thing that I can think of. Her bike is adjusted identical to mine yett hers runs hotter
I'm stumped to what it is
