she is idling higher because the fuel mix is richer. try to match her carb settings to your bikes. Also make sure they both have the same plugs. She could be running a hotter plug than the temps warrant. Is she shifting thru all the gears?

yes every thing is the same as far as i know her bike idles a little high i turned the idle down a bit but as far as i can tell it runs just fine but her engin is 3 times as hot as mine after a ride im just worried something will go wrong while shes out riding on her own

Hmm, that would indicate too rich. Could be the timing is a bit advanced. Both bikes run the same? Good idle, good acceleration, etc? running the same gas? Does her bike smoke any?
