With the dual sprocket set up, you have to adjust the length of the chain. The chain has two masterlinks to facilitate making it shorter when needed for road speeds. Not too difficult but enough that it warranted Honda to come out with the two speed rear drive that lets you go from off road to road by just flipping a lever.

how exactly does the dual-sprocket setup work anyways, is there a chain tensioner like a mountain bike or what?

Hey, my Angle POS came with 2.50f/2.75r cheng shin nobs. No clearance issues even with a bent front rim and fork. Shim the front shocks, add coilovers, bash guard, high exhaust, dual sprocket setup and you have a basic Trail 55. Light bike, light power, very controlable. Grab your go bag and get gone! Sounds like a fun project. Keep us posted. Kyle

My regular tires worked OK and I went all over the Santa Cruz mountain game trails, hiking trials and horse trails. Had many interesting encounters and adventures.
