Caution, if you're not used to nuts, bolts, screws and generally working with your hands .understanding of how tight things can be or how loose they should be...think again
There are possibilities of rounded off heads on the screws that are holding the points ..
it is possible to snap the head right off , possibilities of seized screws nuts etc
and damage other things
i did all those things 40 years ago
...so if you fancy going through a learning curve ..then i suppose the Honda c70 is the ultimate bike to do it with ..as mistakes will not be that costly ....go right in there and have a go .
you must fully understand first, what the points are for ..and what ignition timing is ...before you start .
and I'm still learning ....and probably have a lot more to learn...
