While trying to get starter button to work found broken neutral switch. I've received new TRX90 switch from dratv. I installed it without doing their suggested mods on the strength of someone on the list saying that they had done this without mods and it worked for them. It didn't work for me. Looking into the hole where switch installs I guess I'm seeing the neutral switch rotor. It looks off center to the point that it wouldn't touch the contact on the end of the switch. I also assume that the rotor is conductive and needs to provide path to ground. Can anyone tell me how this works and confirm that this switch does indeed do what it is supposed to do with the mods? Also, just how much material must be removed from the "lip".
Thanks
Terry S
