No title so I passed. He said he used it on a large farm he owns and never had it on the highway so never worried about a title, registration and current license tab. I'm in the city so I have to worry about such things. Also, here in WA state it's a real PITA to apply for a title and get one when one doesn't exist. Anyway, the search continues and thanks for your comments. Bill
