Thanks, I checked out the online manual but I guess I missed the section that lists the bolt sizes. I will take a closer look. I imagine they list a torque value. I would think there is a danger in getting the nuts too snug. Thanks for the opinion on the relative value of the manuals. I will also look into getting a new exhaust assembly - the one on the bike is looking pretty sad. Jeff
