John, you would be better off with trying to find a rear wheel assy and replacing it. Trying to replace the rim, hub, spokes and relacing the spokes to the hub and rim is time consuming. There are vendors on Ebay that sells the rear rim assy. Dr. ATV sells complete rear wheel assy. Good luck with that,

Subject: [Honda-C70] 1982 C70 broke spoke & wheel.
Hi Y'All.
I have a 1983 Honda C70 and today got a tie down cable caught in the
rear wheel. The end result is a broken spoke plus the inside wheel the
spoke attaches to was also broken. The center rim (I can't find the part
number or name in the manual) broke off so it has to be replaced along with
the spoke.
One question I have is can I ride it with the broken spoke or will it
seriously screw up something? Another question is the name of the ring that
the spoke attaches to at the center of the rear wheel.
