On thinking about it I'm not sure of this because of the wet clutch. Anybody know if engine flush or diesel is bad for the clutch? Don't do this without people chiming in.
Hmmm, I'd get it running first, then once running and warm put some engine flush into the oil (or diesel) and let it idle for 15minutes to a half hour. Then change the oil. This should let the bike power flush itself. Probably change the oil for good measure after a little running as you can't really get all the old out.
