What I would do is order one, but get a magnetic type
I can say for a fact the 50cc honda ruckus, 125cc zuma, and lifan and piranah pit bike engines, and the stock honda 70cc engines all use the same bolt. So all you have to do is find one of those magnetic bolts for one of those bikes
You wont believe what ive caught in my oil before. Just recently on a brand new lifan engine what looked like a small piece of steel wool on the magnet.
And all my bikes new or old will have some sort of black metal dust on the plug every oil change.
So if you can wait a few days order one off e bay, they are all over the place probably $14 though
sorry I dont have a way to check thread size at home as I have spare drain bolts laying around, I would have to take one to home depot
if you need any pics of the threads/ measurements let me know I can do that maybe you could then figure it out
