Rreason ...how about being the first to break 100,000 miles without a rebuild......or has that been done already :)
i suppose you would have to position it so that the oil didnt drain out of it when the engine stopped ....both oil pipes going down hill to it
you nead a thermostat with bi-pass as well ...or it would be overcooled in the winter .
