[Honda-C70] Just got an 81 Passport--It starts dying after about 20 minutes riding.

 

I just got this nice passport; I an an82 years ago. This is an 81 with less than 2,000 miles on it. Great fu8n to ride!

However, after a short ride the bike begins dying. I had trouble getting back home yesterday because it starts dying, it does so more and more frequently. Is it overheating? Is it a fuel problem?

Are there any obvious things I should look at? Anyone know a good mechanic near Pasadena California?
