[Honda-C70] High Mileage

 

Newbie here...looked for info on whats considered high mileage but didn't find much. I am looking at two 1981 C70's that appear to be in very good condition, but I am concerned about mileage and price. One has 11K and the other has 17K. He is asking 900 for each. The price seems high but I was gonna try and haggle it down to buy both. Any advice on mileage and pricing would be great. If this has been covered and someone can send me the link I that would be great too.
